A notable field trip was that of Alhue, a time ago behind (you don’t need this word) (I do not remember well the date), for “Gestion Integrada de Cuencas”. This area is in the south-west of the Metropolitan region of Santiago. Perhaps this field trip was the most distant (ww), neither (ww) the tipsiest, nor the most entertaining (this whole sentence needs to be re-worded), but the fieldwork that we develop (verb tense) was the one that more me has pleased all (word order).I was with my classmates. I was feeling in my sauce (this is probably translated) and it is what I would like to do all my life :P

At first, the video seemed to be a fun one (wrong expression). When you have a look at it, it's quite strange, but the important thing is that it makes you think quite a lot!! What learning strategies can it have (style)? Maybe see (wf) English in real context, but I don’t see the point of repeating by heart. I think repetition can help you pronounce better but not learn English in terms of language use. Maybe it helps you recognise grammar structures, chunks or collocations, but what about the work out of the girls? Maybe using your body while repeating something motivates the brain to retain information or speaking English and working out may be a rather fun way to learn. However, I think I've got an idea, maybe people can associate words with physical movements and then make a movement and remember a word, structure, or the pronunciation of a certain sound. But to be honest, I still don’t see a really useful strategy to learn English (something missing), but I’ll keep on (unnecessary word) thinking about it! This video has been a whole challenge, hasn’t it? ha-ha-ha.

"Analysing blogs"

I think that Bernardita’s blog is very well organized. It shows us pictures attached to most of the posts, and the topics are really interesting. I have been updated with some topics and pieces of news that she has written about. I also liked the picture she uploaded. Maybe, in terms of colouring the blog is a little bit dry. I mean, it could have more colouring (“wrong expression”) in order to make it more attractive to its readers. Besides the colouring (ww), I would like to see more informal vocabulary or maybe a more free (ww) way of expressing everything. She could also pay attention to including more links, of interviews, videos, or whatever is interesting for the audience (I think that posting links calls (ww) people’s attention). Apart from links, I would like to read more about internal thoughts, or more profound opinions on certain topics. However, as I said before, I think it is a good blog, well written and displayed!!

I like the movie “The Lord of the Rings”, this movie will premiere in our country makes to 7 years ago (What do you mean here? that the avant premiere was carried out 7 years ago?), I love this movie!!!I had read the books, and the movie is based on them.

"Kes: An unforgettable story"

After Billy buried Kes, he only had one goal in mind: to create a kind of “foundation” to protect animals. He didn’t want to go through the same traumatic experience again (the death of a pet), so he and some friends decided to visit different zoos, and areas where animals lived. They wanted to take care of animals and also, to make people aware of the needs that animals have.
Within Billy’s plan, he wanted to include his brother. Billy wanted to make his brother change somehow because he had been a bit “lost” in life. Jud started consuming a lot of alcohol, so Billy was really concerned about him. Successfully, Billy convinced his brother to help in this foundation. Both of them walked on the streets with different panflets, cartels, etc. and protested against animals mistreat. At last Jud realized he had done bad actions in life and he wanted to change. Luckily, through the love that Billy felt for his kestrel, he could help his brother, regardless of the fact that Jud had killed it. Some months later, Billy was given a new kestrel. Someone left it outside his house, without a name, without anything. Nevertheless, it was Jud the one who left it, but he didn’t want to say he had been. That was a way for him to feel some relief after being so cruel to his little brother.

Hello everybody! Since my "students" at U. de Chile caught up with their posts, I'm posting some corrections. The first one belongs to Johanna, and the second one to Jean.

Hi!!!The(x) “Fiestas Patrias” is a celebration of the Fist(sp) National Meeting of Government; it isn’t the declaration of independence but the first step to achieve it (historical very important information (wo)).The typical Chilean things are the (x) “Fondas”, places where the(x) people re-join to enjoying(f) "healthily" the native celebrations(wo) (or places where one gives the “destruction, destruction, destruction .... or not Catalina???). Also there are a (x)typical drinks, as a(x) “terremoto”(f), “piscolas”, “pipeños”, “chicha”, etc. The food is different too; we eat more meat in the roast, “anticuchos”, “empanadas”…. Also typical games exist (ww+wo), since(ww) elevates the “volantin” (okay can be a nuisance (ww+ wo)), the “trompo”, the “rayuela” and several more.When I was a little girl we were going out (wt) to visit to (x) our family in the field, and I play(vt) with my cousins to different typical or not typical games, the important thing was to play.
